
Yoga & Meditation Classes
Yoga and meditation classes with Mie Broe Yoga, Sound & Healing create a space where you arrive in yourself, exactly as you are. I work with both the dynamic and the still, where movement, breath, and presence emerge and create a connection to what is alive within you. My teaching is intuitive and varied - often incorporating healing and sound - to create an experience that strengthens, balances, softens, and deepens.
Yoga and meditation are not about performance, but about listening, sensing, and allowing space for what is moving in you. My guidance emphasises a supportive and present use of the voice, so you can gently let go of noise and come closer to your own inner balance.
Flow Yoga
Vinyasa-based yoga that gets your heart rate up.
We follow the breath and work dynamically with yoga poses that are put together in flowing flows. The focus in vinyasa flow yoga is on strength, balance and flexibility.
Yin Yoga
A calm form of yoga where you lie in deep stretches for 2-5 minutes, giving the connective tissue time to relax. We work to create flexibility and space in the body and mind. Yin is therefore also a great supplement to other training.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is yoga in silence and rest. Each pose lasts 5-12 minutes. We use plenty of equipment such as blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body. The purpose of restorative yoga is to facilitate the body's natural relaxation response and regeneration.
Meditation
When we practice meditation, we train the ability to maintain a one-sided focus with the aim of improving our ability to concentrate and clearing the mind.
