Flow Yoga
Vinyasa-based yoga practice that will get your energy flowing. We follow the breath and work dynamically with yoga positions focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility.

Yin Yoga
A quieter, calmer style of yoga. We stay in deep stretches of 2-5 minutes so the fascia is given time to hydrate and release. Working with flexibility of body and mind, yin makes a wonderful supplement to other more dynamic workouts.

Meditation
