Event: Klangbad / Sound Bath

Service Description

Mød op klædt i varmt, afslappet tøj. Der findes udstyr i studiet, men medbring gerne eget udstyr til at placere ovenpå studiets måtte, fx pude, tæppe eller yogamåtte. ----- Treat yourself to an hour of landing softly in your body and mind and letting yourself open the door to your heartspace. During this sound bath, as you sit or lie down comfortably, you will be guided gently through a soundscape of vibrations and frequencies from Tibetan sound bowls, crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and intuitive song. It is recommended to wear warm and comfortable clothing. Props are available in the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket, or mat to place on top of the studio mats.
